TuTech offers advice concerning new media-based communication ranging from strategy development to the implementation of interactive applications on the Internet. We are specialised in the conception and realisation of Internet-based interactive applications and new media research focusing on electronic participation, online communities and eLearning.

We are involved in research and development or market validation projects funded under different EU programmes such as FP 5 (DEMOS), preparatory action of the EU eParticipation initiative (LexiPation) and eTEN (TELL-ME). The services are directed towards profit and non-profit organisations as well as politics and public authorities. Both internal and external communication are supported (B2C, G2C, A2C).

Furthermore, we advise on how to search and obtain national and European funding in the areas of eGovernment, eDemocracy, and eParticipation. We have more than seven years of experience in conceptualising and implementing online consultations, e.g. on behalf of the cities of Hamburg and Munich (Germany), Bologna and Massa (Italy) and Thessaloniki (Greece).

Our project PEP-NET is a European network of all stakeholders active in the field of eParticipation. PEP-NET includes public bodies, solution providers and citizen organisations as well as researchers and scientists. The network is open to all organisations willing and actively trying to advance the idea and use of eParticipation in Europe.
